The worst customer service I have ever experienced!
The shoes didn't fit and when I tried to return them to The 15 Dollar Store They were so resistent. They charged me return fees restocking fees and did not return the money for the original shipping. They also made me overnight ship them so that they would "get there in time for the return to be valid". My $15 purchase ended up costing me near $50 just to return they won't allow you to make an exchange so I payed money to return the product. My experience was terrible and I hope you don't have to deal with this horrid company!More detail ...
